How to apply — 4 simple steps

Register your child
Visit the school office between September and March and submit a Registration form. Registration fee is non-refundable; registered children become eligible for the Common Entrance Test.

Common Entrance Test
The test is held in October–November in three subjects — English, Mathematics & Hindi. Syllabus is that of the immediate lower class.

Interview & result
A Viva Voce follows the written test. Results are posted on the school notice board on the notified date along with the last date for admission and fee payment.

Admission & fees
Confirm admission and pay first-term fees by the notified deadline. If no response is received, the seat is offered to the next student on the waiting list.
Policy details
Eligibility & timing
- Registered children are eligible for the Common Entrance Test.
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Registration is open from September through March, subject to seat availability.
- Age criteria as per CBSE / school norms — please confirm with the office.
Seats, TC & refunds
- The school provides seats for no more than 45 students per class.
- Vacancies are filled based on the Common Entrance Test (Oct–Nov) followed by interview.
- Admission is based on the child’s performance in both written test and Viva Voce.
- Withdrawals are generally not permitted during the academic year. Application for withdrawal must be given in writing a week in advance.
- TC will be issued only after all dues for the full term are cleared. A fee of ₹ 300 is charged for the TC.
- Application for TC should be made in writing before 31st March of any academic year — otherwise TC will be issued only on payment of first term fees of the next academic year.
- If a student has paid Term-I fees and subsequently applies for TC, the amount shall not be refunded.
- If a pupil has paid fees but has not attended even one working day and applies for TC, it will be issued only on payment of full term fees.
- The Society and Management reserve the right to refuse / cancel an admission at any time without assigning any reason.
Test information
- Syllabus & standard of question papers will be that of the immediate lower class.
- The date of birth mentioned in the Registration form should match the DOB in the TC of the previous school.
- No subsequent request for changes to a student’s date of birth will be entertained.
Calendar & terms
- Academic session begins in the first week of April and ends 31st March.
- Winter Break: ~30 days (Dec–Jan)
- Summer Break: ~25–30 days (Jun–Jul)
- Puja Break: 10–12 days
Results & deadlines
- Common Entrance Test results are posted on the school notice board on the notified date.
- The last date for admission and fee payment is displayed alongside.
- If no response is received within the fixed date, the offer is presumed declined and the seat goes to the next student on the waiting list.
Classroom, examination & promotion rules
- Students are expected not to litter or spit in the classroom and not to damage any school property.
- Bullying of any kind is strictly prohibited — any student found guilty will be subject to removal from the school.
- It is mandatory for all students to appear in all tests and examinations conducted from time to time.
- If a student’s attendance is less than 75%, he / she may not be allowed to write the final term examination.
- A student who fails in more than 2 major subjects may not be promoted even if the required aggregate is met.
- Promotion depends on the entire year’s performance.
