TC issuance policy

When to apply
Submit the application before 31st March of any academic year, in writing, by the parent or guardian.
Notice period
If withdrawing during the session, give written notice at least a week in advance.
TC fee
A fee of ₹ 300 is charged for issuing the Transfer Certificate.
Clear all dues
TC is issued only after all dues for the full term are cleared.
After 31st March
Applications received after 31st March are processed only on payment of first term fees for the next academic year.
No fee refund
If Term-I fees have been paid and TC is then applied for, the amount shall not be refunded.
